Quick Answer

How Many Collectibles Are in Act 2?

Act 2 has 38 standard collectibles across five Chapters:

5 in Bravo Squad, 27 in Hold the Line, 5 in No Gear Left Behind, none in Fly Boys, and 1 in Overrun.

If your Act 2 total is short, check Hold the Line first. It contains 27 of the Act’s 38 collectibles and is by far the largest cleanup section.

What to Know Before Cleaning Up Act 2

Act 2 is where collectible cleanup becomes much less linear than Act 1.

The main reason is Hold the Line. Instead of following one narrow route, you move between streets, shops, apartments, optional-looking interiors, side routes, and later district areas. That makes it easy to remember the places you visited while still forgetting one or two pickups inside them.

Do not try to memorize all 38 collectible names. Use the Chapter subtotal first, then use the tracker to narrow the missing item down.

The tracker below contains the individual collectible names and location hints. The Chapter notes here are meant to tell you which part of the route is worth checking again first.

Hard Cases, Secondary Objectives, Supply Caches, and other campaign items are separate and are not included in these 38 standard collectibles.

Chapter 1: Bravo Squad — 5 Collectibles

Bravo Squad contains 5 collectibles during the opening bridge route.

The Chapter is fairly linear, so the main cleanup risk is moving through the bridge control areas too quickly. Several pickups sit just off the route the objective naturally points toward rather than directly in front of you.

Search Both Bridge Control Areas Before Moving On

When you reach a control room, finish checking the room, nearby corridor, lower access, and any short dead end before interacting with the next objective.

The bridge sequence moves forward quickly once the controls are used, so this is a bad Chapter to rely on memory later.

If your Chapter subtotal is 4 / 5, I would start with the control-room sections and the route immediately around them rather than replaying the whole opening street.

Chapter 2: Hold the Line — 27 Collectibles

Hold the Line contains 27 collectibles, making it the largest cleanup section in Act 2.

If you are missing more than one Act 2 collectible, this should usually be the first Chapter you investigate.

The problem is not just the number of items. Hold the Line moves through many different types of spaces:

streets → shops → apartments → bank and commercial areas → side routes → muster points → hotel interiors

That makes it easy to finish the Chapter without realizing which sections you searched thoroughly and which ones you only passed through.

Clear One District Section at a Time

Do not bounce around the map chasing individual names from memory.

A better cleanup rhythm is:

finish the current street → search every accessible interior → check nearby side route → move to the next district section

This is especially useful around shops and apartment-style interiors, where a collectible may sit behind the obvious route through the room.

Search Interiors Before Following the Next Objective

Hold the Line repeatedly places collectibles on desks, counters, shelves, benches, walls, and bodies inside locations that the main objective only briefly passes through.

When combat ends, do one cleanup sweep before leaving.

If a building has a second room, stairwell, rear area, upper floor, or short dead end, check it before assuming the location is finished.

Do Not Ignore Optional-Looking Routes

Some of the Chapter’s collectibles sit along routes that do not feel necessary for immediate progression.

If an alley, side building, upper floor, or alternate route is accessible, it is worth checking before moving too far ahead.

This is one of the main reasons players can finish Hold the Line at 25 / 27 or 26 / 27 even after feeling like they explored most of the district.

The later part of Hold the Line includes several dense cleanup points around muster areas, shops, hotel spaces, and connected streets.

By this stage, it is easy to start prioritizing progression over exploration because the Chapter has already been long.

If your subtotal is only one short, I would check these later interiors and district transitions before replaying the opening sections.

Chapter 3: No Gear Left Behind — 5 Collectibles

No Gear Left Behind contains 5 collectibles.

Compared with Hold the Line, this is a much smaller cleanup section and should be easy to verify in one focused pass.

The collectibles follow the route through the tunnel, street, plaza, and courthouse area.

Check the Tunnel Before Returning to the Street

The early tunnel section contains multiple pickups close to the main route.

Search bodies and the edges of the tunnel before leaving the underground area. Once Bravo returns to the street, it is easier to mentally treat the tunnel as finished and forget whether you checked every body along the way.

Search the Plaza Before the Courthouse

Later, the route moves through a recognizable plaza before reaching the courthouse area.

Do not rush through it. Check the benches, bodies, and nearby objects before following the objective onward.

If your Chapter subtotal is 4 / 5, the tunnel and plaza are the first two places I would verify.

Chapter 4: Fly Boys — 0 Collectibles

Fly Boys has no standard collectibles.

You do not need to search this Chapter for anything that counts toward the 140 standard campaign collectibles.

If your Act 2 total is short, skip Fly Boys completely and check another incomplete Chapter instead.

Chapter 5: Overrun — 1 Collectible

Overrun contains the final 1 collectible in Act 2.

It appears inside the hangar section before the Chapter moves into its next major sequence.

Because there is only one collectible here, this Chapter is easy to rule out.

Search the Hangar Before Triggering the Next Sequence

Before interacting with the next major objective inside the hangar, check the sides of the area and nearby crates.

If your Chapter subtotal is 0 / 1, replaying this short section is much faster than searching Hold the Line again.

Once this item is collected, your Act 2 total should reach 38 / 38.

Missing One Act 2 Collectible?

Use the Chapter subtotal instead of searching all 38 locations again:

  • 0–4 / 5 in Bravo Squad: recheck the bridge control rooms and nearby dead ends.
  • 0–26 / 27 in Hold the Line: focus on interiors, side routes, later district areas, muster points, and the hotel.
  • 0–4 / 5 in No Gear Left Behind: check the tunnel, plaza, and courthouse approach.
  • Fly Boys: skip it; there are no standard collectibles.
  • 0 / 1 in Overrun: search the hangar before starting the next sequence.

If Hold the Line already shows 27 / 27, stop searching it even though it contains most of the Act’s collectibles. Move directly to whichever Chapter has an incomplete subtotal and use the individual location hints in the tracker to narrow the missing pickup down.
