Quick Answer

How Many Achievements Are in Hellraiser Revival?

The Steam achievement list contains 69 achievements, including 34 hidden achievements. Some unlock through the story, but others require specific actions during combat, stealth sequences or the final decision.

Before leaving the Graveyard, finish its undetected escape without throwing anything. Shoot the bottles at the docks range when you reach it, and preserve a save before the final ending choice if you want to pursue both outcomes without repeating the entire game.

Achievements to Handle Before Moving On

Hellraiser: Revival does not provide chapter select. Story achievements usually follow the main route, but certain challenges depend on what you do during a particular encounter. Leaving an area or finishing a fight without meeting its extra condition can mean returning to an earlier save or replaying that section.

A Quiet Place — Leave the Graveyard Undetected

This achievement has two restrictions: escape the Graveyard without being seen and without throwing anything. A distraction throw defeats the second condition even if it successfully moves an enemy away from your route.

Use cover and enemy movement to create a safe opening instead of relying on thrown objects. If you are spotted or throw something, return to a save from before the mistake rather than completing the area and hoping it still counts. Keeping a separate save before attempting this section is especially useful.

Red Dead Damnation — The Docks Shooting Range

The requirement is to shoot every bottle at the docks shooting range. Reaching the range or hitting several targets is not enough. Check the remaining bottles before leaving, and bring enough ammunition to finish the entire shooting challenge.

If you are short on ammunition, it is better to return with sufficient supplies than to waste the last rounds on an incomplete attempt. A recent save also gives you a way to retry missed shots.

Burn? Oh, Such a Limited Imagination!

Charlotte must be set on fire. Defeating her and completing the encounter are separate from satisfying this condition. Make sure the burn occurs while she can still be attacked; do not leave it until after the fight is over.

Electro-Shock Therapy and No Life in the Void, Only Death

These achievements require dying from particular hazards rather than simply surviving them. Electro-Shock Therapy requires an electric-shock death, while No Life in the Void, Only Death requires death from Leviathan's gaze.

Treat them as deliberate attempts, preferably after reaching a usable save point. That way, you can obtain the achievement and recover your progress without replaying a long stretch of the route.

Combat Achievements That Need More Than Ordinary Kills

Several combat achievements count the method rather than the number of enemies defeated. A normal kill will not substitute for the required weapon, range, power or stealth condition. It helps to work on these while the right enemies are still available instead of leaving all of them until the end.

  • Wetwork: perform 10 stealth kills on cultists without alerting anyone. Keep using unalerted targets rather than switching to open combat while pursuing the requirement.
  • Breacher: kill a fully armored enemy without destroying any armor pieces. If the armor is being broken apart during the fight, that enemy will not satisfy the stated condition.
  • Deadeye: the headshot must be taken from at least 30 metres. Close-range headshots do not meet the distance requirement.
  • I Spy with My Little...: kill six enemies while looking through the revolver scope. Simply using the revolver without aiming through its scope is not the same requirement.
  • Headtaker: three kills must come from a single telekinetic throw. Three separate throws do not replace the required multi-kill.
  • Portable Guillotine: behead three enemies using the same melee weapon. Keep track of the individual weapon rather than only counting your total melee kills.
  • Trapper: bear traps need to damage at least ten enemies. You do not need to mistake the condition for ten trap kills.
  • In the Land of the Pig, the Butcher is King: Hellchains must be used to rip apart 69 enemies. Start working toward this once the power is available rather than waiting until most encounters are finished.

Other combat conditions include killing two enemies with one shot, using a stone to kill an enemy and banishing three Unworthy in succession. Check the exact requirement before attempting them; using the wrong attack or dividing a multi-kill into separate actions will not meet the stated objective.

Collection, Crafting and Shop Achievements

These objectives use different completion rules. Finding an item, purchasing it, crafting something and upgrading equipment are not interchangeable actions. Before spending coins or consuming materials, check which of those actions the achievement actually requires.

Collecting a Recipe Is Not the Same as Crafting an Item

Librarian requires all 12 crafting recipes. Artificer requires crafting every craftable item. Buying or unlocking the recipe alone does not fulfill that second condition. As new recipes become available, check what you can actually craft and whether you have the materials.

Every Firearm vs. One Fully Upgraded Firearm

Guns, Lots of Guns requires obtaining all five firearms. Lord of War requires fully upgrading a single firearm. You do not need to finish every weapon's upgrade path to meet Lord of War's stated requirement.

Finding Pillars Is Only Half the Requirement

There Are No Limits requires finding and activating all five Pain Pillars. Pain And Pleasure, Indivisible requires the same for all five Suffering Pillars. Seeing a pillar or reaching its room is not enough; activate the artifact before moving on.

Spending Coins and Selling Items Count Differently

What're Ya Buyin? requires spending at least 666 coins in the shop, while Financial Elite raises that spending requirement to 1,337 coins. What're Ya Sellin? instead requires earning at least 999 coins through sales. Coins picked up in the world are not the same as money earned by selling items.

Because Zora's available stock changes as the story progresses, check the newly unlocked recipes and equipment when you encounter her again. Keep the different spending and selling goals in mind when deciding what to purchase or sell.

Codebreaker Does Not Require Every Lock

Codebreaker unlocks after opening five numpad locks. You do not need to open all nine locks currently tracked to meet this specific achievement condition.

For the individual recipe purchases, weapon pickups, Pillar locations, upgrades and keypad codes, use the Hellraiser Revival Collectibles Checklist . It follows the route through the game and lets you mark each item when you obtain it.

How to Get Both Ending Achievements

The final offer from the Cenobites determines which of two ending achievements you receive. These are alternative decisions, so completing one ending does not automatically award the other.

Accept the offer

Experience Beyond Limits

Finish the story by accepting the Cenobites' final offer.

Deny the offer

Human After All

Finish the story by denying the Cenobites' final offer.

Before committing to the final decision, keep an accessible save from the end of the game. After completing the first ending, check whether Continue loads an autosave from before the choice. If it does, select the opposite response and finish the other ending. Keeping an earlier save gives you another option if the autosave does not return to the decision you need.

Before You Finish Your Run

Check any remaining encounter-specific achievements before entering the final stretch. In particular, make sure you have dealt with the Graveyard stealth condition, the docks shooting range and Charlotte's fire requirement, then review any unfinished combat counters. Keep track of the recipes and Pillars you have activated, not just those you have seen.

The final decision is the last major choice to plan around. If only one ending achievement is still missing, you need the opposite response to the Cenobites' offer. Your other achievement progress does not change the meaning of that choice.
