Achievements unlock through specific actions and story choices. The collectible total records items obtained and locks opened. Both sets of checkmarks are saved separately in this browser.

Three Things to Watch During Your Hellraiser Run

Hellraiser: Revival has no chapter select. Collecting equipment is only part of completing the game: some achievements depend on an action during a particular encounter, and the last story choice determines which ending achievement you receive. These are the moments worth planning around before you move forward.

Zora's Stock Changes After the Statue Parts

The first visit to Zora does not give you access to every recipe or weapon upgrade. Her stock changes as you recover the statue's Hand, Head and Tongue and advance through the Mansion, Swamp and underground areas. Later purchases include the Assault Rifle at the third shop for 450 coins.

Check what is available each time you reach her rather than assuming a missing item must be somewhere on the ground. The collectible list distinguishes purchases from equipment found in rooms and locked containers.

The Graveyard and Docks Have Extra Conditions

Escaping the Graveyard is not enough for A Quiet Place. You must get through without being seen or throwing anything. A successful distraction throw still breaks that second condition.

At the docks, Red Dead Damnation requires shooting every bottle at the range, not merely reaching it. Both objectives are easy to leave unfinished while concentrating on the main story. Check the conditions before completing those sections.

The Final Offer Gives Two Different Endings

Accepting the Cenobites' final offer unlocks Experience Beyond Limits. Denying it unlocks Human After All. These are alternative choices, so finishing one ending will not award the other achievement.

Keep an accessible save before the decision. After the first ending, check whether Continue returns you to a point where the opposite response is still available. Otherwise, you will need an earlier save or another run.

Do You Need All 68 Items for Every Achievement?

No. The 68-item checklist covers more than the complete-category collection achievements. Of those entries, 27 are the 12 crafting recipes, five firearms, five Pain Pillars and five Suffering Pillars. These four groups are needed for their respective collection achievements; remember that the Pillars must also be activated.

The remaining 41 entries are 26 firearm upgrades, six inventory upgrades and nine recorded keypad locks. Their requirements work differently: Codebreaker needs five numpad locks opened, while Lord of War requires fully upgrading one firearm. Completing every entry in those three groups is not required by those two achievements.

Similarly, collecting every recipe is different from crafting every available item. If you are concentrating on Steam achievements rather than clearing every item from the checklist, use the collection and crafting requirements to decide what still needs to be done.
